The Benchworks is a jewellery supply, manufacturing and repair business based in the historic town of Elgin, Moray.
The Benchworks is owned and run by Helen Teasdale PJ Dip GIA AJP, who has been working as a goldsmith for over 25 years since completing an HND in Jewellery design, production and Business Management at North Kelvin College.
During her career, Helen has successfully undertaken many commissions and is an expert on all types of jewellery repairs. She has an in depth knowledge of working with gold, platinum, palladium and silver as well as diamonds and precious gem stones.
Using a combination of traditional techniques and state of the art technology, The Benchworks can offer a design service that keeps you involved every step of the way. We provide a full range of jewellery workshop services such as, commissions, repairs, maintenance and engraving.
As well as items made by The Benchworks, an extensive range of jewellery to suit all tastes and budget ranges can be sourced from other suppliers.
The Benchworks also offers jewellery making classes in Moray. The classes are available as evening classes or full day workshops and teach the traditional skills used by jewellers.
